Due to the expansion of our activities in the German market, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist responsible for actively acquiring clients and developing business relationships in the wind energy and crane services sector.

Responsibilities

Actively acquire new B2B clients from the German market
Understand and analyze client needs, proposing tailored solutions
Prepare and present commercial offers
Provide technical and financial advice regarding wind turbines
Negotiate terms of cooperation and close contracts
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams
Implement the sales strategy and report on results

Requirements

Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
Valid driving license (category B) and willingness to travel for business
Experience in B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical approach to client needs
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Nice to have
